- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add more salt and pepper as needed.
- Store in the refrigerator.
