This simple breakfast quinoa uses cooked quinoa, frozen berries, nut milk, and cinnamon for a high-protein, quick breakfast.


  • 2/3 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/3 cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
  • a pinch of cinnamon


  1. Combine everything in a bowl.
