This simple breakfast quinoa uses cooked quinoa, frozen berries, nut milk, and cinnamon for a high-protein, quick breakfast.
- 2/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
- 1/3 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
- a pinch of cinnamon
- Combine everything in a bowl.
- Microwave for 60 seconds.
- Stir and test the temperature, microwave for another 30-60 seconds if needed.
