Ingredients

  • 12 oz coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup cherries (pitted)
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 2 dates (pitted)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth!

Notes

I add 1 tsp of maca to mine, too!
