- 1/2 pound dry pasta
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 oz chevre
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Prepare the pasta according to directions. About two minutes before it’s done, add the frozen peas. Cook until pasta is done, then drain.
- Immediately add the butter and stir until it’s completely melted and coating all of the pasta.
- Add the chevre and mix until fully broken up and coating the pasta. Mix in cilantro, and pepper to taste.
