Cilantro Goat Cheese Pasta

  • 1/2 pound dry pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 4 oz chevre
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • pepper


  1. Prepare the pasta according to directions. About two minutes before it’s done, add the frozen peas. Cook until pasta is done, then drain.
  2. Immediately add the butter and stir until it’s completely melted and coating all of the pasta.
  3. Add the chevre and mix until fully broken up and coating the pasta. Mix in cilantro, and pepper to taste.
