- 1 cup quick oats (uncooked)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp maca powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 oz dark or milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- Mix together the first five ingredients, then add the peanut butter and honey.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is mixed together and forms a hard “dough” that isn’t sticky. If you need to, add more oats.
- Roll the dough into small balls, and refrigerate in an airtight container.
