Curried Butter Radishes

  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1 tsp sweet curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 4 radishes
  • greens, for garnishing


  1. Let the butter come to room temperature, then place it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds. You want to be able to mix it, so it’s totally creamy, without it being fully melted and liquid.
  2. Once the butter is soft and smooth, whisk in the curry and turmeric.
  3. Slice the radishes as thinly as you can. Spread the butter on a plate, top with the radishes and greens, and enjoy!
