- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 tsp sweet curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 4 radishes
- greens, for garnishing
- Let the butter come to room temperature, then place it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds. You want to be able to mix it, so it’s totally creamy, without it being fully melted and liquid.
- Once the butter is soft and smooth, whisk in the curry and turmeric.
- Slice the radishes as thinly as you can. Spread the butter on a plate, top with the radishes and greens, and enjoy!
