- 1/2 cup honey (raw, if possible)
- 2 Tbsp ground dried turmeric
- hot water
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- fresh ground black pepper
- In a jar, mix together the honey and ground turmeric until completely homogenous. Store, covered, at room temperature.
- To make the tea, scoop 1 spoonful into a mug and pour in hot (but not boiling) water. Stir, to disolve the honey, the add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and a few grinds of fresh black pepper.
