A quick, tasty, and healthy flatbread recipe for a weeknight or anytime!


  • 1/2 recipe pizza dough
  • 2/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • one beet root, sliced into 1/8” rounds
  • 2 Tbsp chives, diced
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions


  1.  Prepare the pizza dough according to the recipe.
  2. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 450 F.
  3. Spread the dough out on parchment paper and top with all of your toppings,
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, and enjoy!
