Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

The classic, the original, the best breakfast bagel that ever graced a kitchen with its presence.


  • One bagel, sliced and toasted
  • 1 egg
  • a few leaves of fresh spinach
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • salt + pepper


  1. Fry your egg (or two!) to your liking — I go for over medium usually.
  2. Slather cream cheese onto both pieces of tasted bagel, and arrange your spinach leaves on one side.
  3. When the egg is done, place it between the pieces of bagel, add salt and pepper.
  4. Eat! Now THAT is how to start your morning.
