- 3 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 3 oz milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until very fine. Store in an airtight container.
- To make a glass of hot chocolate, add 2-3 Tbsp of the mixture to once cup of hot milk. Mix to combine and dissolve. Add more as needed.
