- 1/8 cup almonds
- 1 banana, frozen
- 5 fresh figs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp maca (optional)
Instructions
- If you have time, soak the almonds in water for a few hours (or even overnight). Save 1/2 cup of the liquid to use in the smoothie.
- Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth!
