Honey Almond Fig Smoothie

  • 1/8 cup almonds
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 5 fresh figs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp maca (optional)


  1. If you have time, soak the almonds in water for a few hours (or even overnight). Save 1/2 cup of the liquid to use in the smoothie.
  2. Combine everything in a blender, and blend until smooth!
