Happy Tuesday errbody! I hope you had wonderful weekends (and Mondays. We can just pretend Monday didn't happen though, if that's better for you!). Like I said yesterday, I spent the weekend at Indulge Conference here in Portland. I got to meet soooo many beautiful and talented and amazing food bloggers — so many of whom I'd "met" on the internet but finally got to see face-to-face! YAY! Being a blogger sometimes means not having any friends who understand exactly what goes into the job ... so it's nice to make friends that TOTALLY GET YOU. I definitely came away with a bunch of ideas and things to do here on TKP! ALSO: I met NEW people and discovered NEW blogs that'll undoubtedly make it into #droolworthy posts from here on out. YAAAY! {ALSO: Made new bffs/boyfriends.}
Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!
- Candied lemon zest scones. Pretty pretty pretty!
- Watermelon peach caprese salad. Um, YUUUM!
- Double chocolate almond cookies with coconut. I met Lisa this weekend and she is AWESOME, so ... these cookies MUST be awesome, too!
- Brown butter chocolate chunk cookies. No need to explain: PERFECTION.
- Pistachio mint chip ice cream. !!!!!!!
- No-bake s'mores cheesecake. How perfect is this for summer?!
- Vegan double chocolate shortcake! Yes, HUUUGE yes!!
- Camomile honeycomb ice cream. I also met Sarah this weekend! She's a beautiful lady, and makes beautiful ice cream!
- Olive oil raspberry and sea salt brownies. Yeaaah! I need to try these!
- Vegan strawberry cheesecake pops! I love the thought of cheesecake in pop form!
- Blueberry rhubarb bread pudding with brandied creme anglaise. Whoaaa fancypants! I love it!
- Strawberry ice cream brownie sandwich. I LOVE having brownies as the "bread" for these!

- Buckwheat dutch baby with strawberry rhubarb + basil + more! LOVE!
- Smoked cheddar and cherry jam pastry pop tarts. These look like my new best friends!
- Steak mac & cheese. So, so yum. SO yum!

- Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Rice Krispy Treats. GIIIIIVE MEEEE!
- Olive oil and sea salt truffle brownies. It's been way too long since I've had a brownie. Help?
- Overnight oats with figs and honey. Sounds like a delicious breakfast!
- Watermelon ice cubes! Perfect for summer!
- Mixed berry dutch baby. You know I'm all about the dutch babies!
