Happy Tuesday! We have a TON of links today... that's what NOT posting #DroolWorthy for a month+ will do. It makes me want to eat ALL THE SUMMER THINGS! Scones and ice cream and salads and falafels and EVERYTHING FRUITY AND AMAZING! Yum. I'm on it. ENJOY!
Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!
- Chilled Cream of Basil Soup with a Corn + Cucumber Salad. Beautiful and GREEN!
- Grilled Peach Kale Salad with Honey Almond Clusters, and Crispy Prosciutto. HOLY YES!
- Matcha Maca Fudge Bites. YUM! I love matcha!
- Rhubarb and glazed doughnut ice cream. UM, SERIOUSLY!? YES!
- I contributed to a Food Bloggers Guide of Where to Eat in Portland!
- Avocado Tabbouleh! I LOVE BOTH OF THOSE THINGS!
- Lemon Pots de Creme with Blueberries and Cookie Crumble. Justine is speaking my language!
- Fish tacos with strawberry corn salsa. EVERYTHING about this is totally my jam!
- 9 Recipes for the everything bagel lover. I am the everything bagel lover FOR SURE!
- Cinnamon roll muffins. !!!!!!!!
- Grapefruit and watermelon agua fresca. Gorgeous photos, and heck yeah YUM!
- Super Green Falafel With Turmeric Tahini Sauce. OMG I AM IN LOVE!
- Blueberry peach slab pie. So summery! I love it!
- Fresh pineapple zucchini skillet cake. I have no occasion to make this... but I DON'T CARE I'M DOING IT!
- Pound cake with summer fruit looks SO perfect for a simple dessert!
- Turmeric butter chicken rice. I dig it!
- Date and Walnut Brownies. OOooooOOOoh!
- Very blueberry scones. I want to eat scones EVERY MEAL OF THE DAY!
- Tofu bahn mi!! I also want to eat this EVERY MEAL OF THE DAY! TWICE!
- Sweet potato falafel sandwich sounds PERFECT!
- Baked Green Chilaquiles with Sweet Corn + Summer Squash. Chilaquiles are my new jam! These look in credible!,
- White nectarine lychee cobbler. WHOA! So different!
- Honey lemon blackberry smash. Such a gorgeous color!
- Cold brew caramel frappuccino. YES YES YES I AM COMING OVER!!
- Ahi poke bowl. Literally, hands down, without-a-doubt, my favorite food!
- How stunning are these open-faced heirloom tomato sandwiches!? Love it!
- Watermelon salsa! Sounds so refreshing!
- Nordic Blueberry Almond Custard Tart with a Rye Shortbread Crust. OMG!! OMG!
- Caprese gazpacho. Um, heck to the heck yes! (also, ALWAYS love Alanna's photos!)
- Summer Berry Crisp. Simple and beautiful!
- Baked eggs with creamed spinach. You KNOW I love everything about this!
- Sour cherry ice cream. PINK DELICIOUSNESS!
- Raspberry rhubarb sorbet. Such a great combo!
- Creamy spinach sweet potato noodles with cashew sauce. I'm all over it!! YUM!
- Strawberry gingerbread dutch baby. This is so beautiful - it's unreal! LOVE!
