Cookbook Announcement: Nut Butters

Well, here she is!

Nut Butter Cookbook

Nut Butters: twenty nut butter recipes and creative ways to use them, by me!

At long last I'm ready to introduce this project to the world, as I send it off to the publisher TODAY. I'll have a little back and forth to finalize it, but I'm hoping I'll be able to give you a link (from which you can buy my nutty baby!) sometime next week. Make sure you check back!

Why nut butters? I'm sure SOMEONE is asking it! Making nut butters is ridiculously easy, but I've discovered that most people don't know that. It seems like a daunting task. "What would I make anyways, besides peanut butter?" WHOA. The possibilities are endless. The next question is, "but what would I do with XYZ butter?" Well, that's where this book comes in handy. I've made a corresponding "real" recipe to go with each nut butter. From muffins to shrimp to noodles to vegetables, I've included enough variety to definitely get your creative juices flowing.

The best thing about nut butters, in my opinion, is the flexibility. You can create almost anything you can think of, just with a food processor, some nuts, and whatever flavors you've decided to add in. It's pretty incredible!

I'll post a sneak peak of some recipes, along with a link to the Amazon listing, hopefully sometime next week! For those of you hoping for an e-book version, that will likely follow but will be sold directly from me on The Kitchen Paper as a PDF. TBD, but that's the tentative plan.

GET EXCITED!!

I'm ready to experiment with some new flavors! Love the idea of having a recipe with each butter. Your write up makes it sound like an eating adventure I'm willing and ready to take! This is a great idea Mary and congratulations.
