Good morning love-muffins! I hope your week is off to a beautiful start! Today feels like Monday to me, since I got back from the beach yesterday afternoon... but luckily my "Friday" is only two days away. YAY FOR SHORT WEEKS! Not that my work ever really conforms to the normal week schedule. But it still is exciting! Today we have tons of summer goodies on the list — fruity drinks, peanuty salads, delicious breakfasts, veggie burgers — I want to eat them all!
Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!
- Crispy salmon fish tacos. I love crispy fish tacos, and I love salmon, so ... YES!
- Grilled steak tacos. Literally one of my FAVORITES!
- Another from Heidi: Peanut noodles with chicken. How good to these look!?
- Spiced zucchini feta chickpea veggie burgers look PERFECT!
- Everybody needs to know how to make easy peanut sauce! #addicting
- Spicy ahi poke, avocado, and rice. Ahi poke = literally my favorite food. No joke!
- Vanilla coconut milk. Mmmm yum!! I want some of that for breakfast!
- Black bean jalapeño poppers. I love the healthy take on jalapeño poppers! YUM!
- Polenta baked egg breakfast pizza. Heck yeah! I love it!
- Aztec chocolate caramel ice cream. Uuuuummmm YESSSSS!
- Mixed berry mascarpone french toast. So gorgeous! I'd eat 20 pieces!
- Pad thai spring rolls! How genius is this? YUM!
- Sweet blueberry buttermilk pies with chamomile cream. Wow, so pretty and YUMM YUM YUM!
- GIANT BUCKWHEAT PANCAKE! I like the looks of this!!
- Super cute raspberry and gin slushies! YEAAH JOY!
