Happy ... Tuesday? Whoopsies! #Droolworthy is a bit late this week because we spent a long weekend lounging on the white sand beaches of Koh Rong Island {off the coast of Cambodia} for our first wedding anniversary! The weekend was incredible, as were our surroundings. I still can't get over how clear the water was! We went SUPing, swimming, kayaking, more swimming, hiking, exploring, and night-swimming with bioluminescent plankton! It was straight out of a fairytale honeymoon, and perfect for a romantic weekend together. Despite not having a functioning iPhone anymore (booo!) you can see some hints of what we're up to on instagram. Now we're back to civilization exploring the rest of Cambodia before we head home for a visit! How was your weekend? Did you celebrate anything {big or small}?
Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!
- I want tacos EVERY DAY!
- This spicy kale & sausage soup is right up my alley!
- I LOVE COFFEE MORE THAN YOU.
- Please stop judging people.
- Cobbler in a biscuit? Blueberry cobbler biscuits? YES YES YES!
- Again, Bev needs to feed me. Soba + shrimp!
- Simple hoisin-glazed salmon sounds delightful!
- Sour cherry berry crisp. Beautiful photos from Laura!
- Banana cream pie with whole wheat chocolate crust. Need I say more?
- Gouda, grits, brown butter, and shrimp. Dreams really do come true!
- I love lemon cookies, and these look phenomenal!
- This beef satay looks a lot like what we find to eat on the streets of SE Asia! Yum!!
- Peaches and blue cheese in crepes = AWESOME! And, beautiful!
- THAI CHOPPED SALAD! Tracy is winning at life.
- I'll eat spinach in literally any form, but garam masala yogurt-creamed spinach sounds exceptionally delightful!
- Salted chocolate chunk cookies. These looks so darn delicious!

Oh my gosh! That beach looks incredible. I wish I could join you! My view right now is not nearly as spectacular, haha! 🙂
Thanks so much for including my crisp, Mary!
