Haaaay Tuesday! Tuesday that feels like Monday... oof. THAT kind of Tuesday. I hope you all had a lovely Labor Day Weekend! I spent mine in Central Oregon soaking up the sunshine, riding bikes, making/eating incredible food with incredible people, drinking coffee, and climbing up rocks (which has now rendered my arms useless. nbd.)! All in all: super successful weekend! Now it's back to the Portland grind, which means I'm back in the kitchen and ALWAYS looking for new inspiration! We have a great list of goodies today!
Here's what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!
- Coconut Almond Popsicles! All the nuts!
- The brunch crunch burger!! OMG! YEAH!
- How to Meditate: For Beginners! Love it, Erin!!
- Ricotta cake with mixed berries. How perfect does this look?
- Chipotle raspberry and black bean dip. OMG! For reals!?
- Crispy peach cobbler. Quick! Before summer ends!
- Cheesy mozzarella french toast. Whoa. This sounds so good!
- Cardamom iced coffee. You KNOW I love cardamom!!
- Slow cooker creme brulee. YES YES YES! YUM!
- Small batch soft pretzels! YES THANK YOU!
- Pork belly tacos. Um, three favorite words right there!
- Masala chickpea nachos. Heck yeah! These sound so tasty!
- Grilled pineapple nachos. Grilled pineapple IS MY JAM!
- Fresh vanilla mint ice cream! Sounds so refreshing!
- Thai chile corn chowder! Oh heck yeah, I dig this!
- Blueberry Nectarine Ginger Jam. Oooh all the good flavors in ONE JAM!
- Granola ice cream with blackberry chia sauce. GRANOLA ICE CREAM!?!?!
- Cinnamon streusel french toast cups. Uh, considering I've been drinking maple syrup straight from the bottle (shhhh), I am WAY into these!
- Frozen jalapeño lemonade margaritas! Do you deliver??
- Belgian Buttermilk Waffles with Roasted Peaches and Vanilla Mascarpone. Breakfast WIN!
- Burrata with fresh berries and honey! OMG! You can't go wrong here!
- Butter-braised nectarine and aged cheddar salad. So simple, so good!!
- Hot arugula dip! YAASS!
- Blood orange hibiscus spritzers. Beautiful!!
- Berries and yogurt whipped cream! I love YOGURT + WHIPPING CREAM!
- Coconut Rice Pudding with Mint Mulberry Compote. GORGEOUS! And, YUM!
- Famous blueberry pancakes! I'll take five! Make that ten!
- Spinach herb mac n' cheeze with sausage crumble ... PERFECTION!
- Apple Crumble Bircher With Macadamia Milk. LOVE this!
