Happy Tuesday, everybody! I hope your week is off to a good start. Mine certainly is! After a month of moving/organizing/planning/whatever, I finally feel mostly back to real life — which means my yoga practice went back into the studio (home practice is great, but I love a good class!) and is making ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I’m riding my bike all over this darn town, successfully navigating the emptier streets — and I finally ventured over the river via bike… slowly but surely, I am learning how to do it! I’ve also been sleeping 10-12 hours per night, which is actually worrisome but I’m just gonna let it happen for as long as my body needs it — no point in fighting it!
This week is a doozy for me — tons to do before taking off for 4+ days surrounding Memorial Day to visit family! Then I’ll be back in time to go to Indulge Conference here in Portland next weekend — is anyone going?? I’m so excited to meet some more food bloggers!!
That’s the rundown on life a la Mary at the moment — let me know what you’ve all been up to! xo
Here’s what I found on the interwebs this week that made me drool!
- Spinach and blue cheese biscuits. I always trust Joy’s biscuits!
- Blueberry breakfast cookies. UM YES GOOD MORNING!
- Mojito pops! PRETTY!
- Why your citronella candles don’t work. Whoa. Thanks for the tip, Erin!
- 10 practical tips for living without sugar. It’s seriously tempting… but I’m sure I’d fail!
- Cheesy polenta bites with blueberry corn relish. Oooh I approve!
- Beet greens tart. Not only is it gorgeous, but YUM!
- Chorizo and egg breakfast enchiladas. Dreams are coming true for breakfast this week!
- Coconut rhubarb creamsicles. OMG! I love this!
- Coconut honey lime Filipino chicken adobo skewers = YES. MAKE.
- Roasted cauliflower and sausage pasta. This looks like the ultimate comfort pasta! I’m in!
- The future of blogging. Sometimes this is scary!
- Toasted marshmallow milkshake. !!!!! Summer, hellooo!
- This {gluten-free} cake is so darn beautiful I love it to death!

Blueberry corn relish?!? Yes please!
Also, have you tried Sleep Cycle to track your sleep quality? I am so fascinated by the whole process.
I have not!! Maybe I should! Something’s wacky for sure… 12 hours for a not-growing/barely-active woman is odd, at best. I’ll check it out!
